A historic piece released by Yoran a.k.a. Yoji (Biomehanika), who achieved a world-class DJ career in the 90s, when he was still in high school (at age 16!). It features 4 cinematic tracks that blend a collage of soundtracks from French films, the muffled lo-fi sound of a cassette recorder, and a melancholic, dreamlike beauty that evokes memories and fragmented scenes. The imperfect sound quality of this original recording is actually part of its charm.
90年代からはDJとしてのキャリアも世界レベルに到達するYoran a.k.a. Yoji (Biomehanika)が高校生の時(16歳!)にリリースした歴史的作品。フランス映画の音源のコラージュ、カセットレコーダーのローファイなくぐもった音像、記憶と断片的な光景を思い起こさせるメランコリックな幻想美が一体となったシネマティックな全4曲を収録。オリジナルのこの音質がまたいいんです。やっぱり聞く度に驚かされます。
