Composer Yon Seok Won, who has been active since the 1970s and honed his style to produce “The Mermaid” a landmark piece of Korean New Age/Ambient music. This album is the soundtrack to the 1993 TV drama “Season of Storms”. It features 15 tracks ranging from classical-new age style piece and atmospheric ambient soundscapes to solemn synth tracks that evoke the drama's narrative. The album is cohesive in tone and stands as a highly polished, complete work. Includes insert, the record is in excellent condition.
