The first of three albums produced by the composer Yoichiro Yoshikawa in 1987 for the documentary program "Earth's Journey" broadcasted on NHK after a wide range of activities such as music producer of contemporary dance group "Sankaijuku" or D-Day. His versatility can be seen, incorporating programmed music and experimental tracks. He creates a grand view of world that ranges from deep ambient to organic electronics that seem to express the heartbeat of the earth, to wired electro. We suggest the overall level of completion is higher than Aku Aku's Dream.
舞踏グループ山海塾の音楽プロデューサーやD-Dayなど多岐に渡る活動を経て87年に作曲家 吉川洋一郎がNHKで放送されたドキュメンタリー番組「地球大紀行」のために制作した三枚のアルバムのうちの初作に当たる作品。打ち込み曲や実験風トラックも組み込みながらその多彩ぶりが覗ける作風。深海を漂っているようなディープアンビエント、地球の鼓動を表現した様なオーガニック・エレクトロニクス、ワイヤードなエレクトロまで壮大な世界観を演出しています。アクアクの夢よりも全体的な完成度は高いように思います。
