After turning solo, he went to Bali to learn gamelan, joined the avant-garde butoh company \"Sankai Juku\", and has performed around the world. This 1987 release features a diverse collection of 8 tracks, ranging from the Philip Glass-esque ethno minimal track “Force Five” which features an electric violin, to new age contemporary “Summer Ends \/ Rose Beside You”, spiritual soundscape “Camel Princess” utilizing the ilimba, and “Celestial Robe,” a lullaby-like piece with soft melodies sung by a children’s choir.
