Composer/percussionist Yas-Kaz has been active in the improvisation/avant-garde scene with Kaoru Abe, Takehisa Kosugi, Akira Sakata, and others. After turning solo, he went to Bali to learn gamelan, joined the avant-garde butoh company "Sankai Juku", and has performed around the world. This is his masterpiece second album, released in 1985. It's a total of 10 minimal ethnic ensemble tracks that exude deep spirituality and are all-encompassing. Once again, there are many wonderful sounds. A rare US cassette version.
阿部薫,、小杉武久、坂田明らと即興/前衛シーンで活動した後、ソロ転向後はバリに渡りガムランの習得、前衛舞踏カンパニー「山海塾」への参加、世界各国での公演と多岐に渡る活動を展開してきた作曲家/打楽器奏者Yas-Kaz。本作は85年にリリースされた傑作セカンドアルバム。深い精神性を感じさせ全てを包み込むようなミニマル・エスニック・アンサンブル全10曲。素晴らしい。まず日本では見かけない貴重なUSカセット版（日本版は存在する？）。ウェットかつクリアな音質です。
