The debut album by Swedish pop singer Virna Lindt, released in 1984 on Tot Taylor's The Compact Organization label. Taking inspiration from soundtracks by John Barry and Ennio Morricone, musique concrete, and Cold War spy thrillers, etc this masterpiece features strange compositions that set it apart from ordinary pop albums. Highlights include "I Experienced Love," which contrasts eccentric synth pop with lovely vocals, the spacey obscure mid-disco "Intelligence," and the daydream-like pop "Underwater Boy" with its languid vocals. A wonderful work that exudes Tot Taylor's edgy worldview.
