Various – New Artist Catalogue. Summer Issue 1983
Label:Tra Project – No.3
Used Cassette 1983

From around 1982 to 1986, Tra Project was a medium that incorporated not only music, but also fashion, art and culture, and was sold in record shops and bookstores in Japan and other countries. This ”83 release features music by Japanese artists, a recording of a conversation between one of Japan's most famous artists, Taro Okamoto, and the TV personality/singer Masako Oya, and a rakugo storytelling session. On the music side, there are two steelpan tracks by Yann Tomita, two demo tape tracks by Soichiro Suzuki and Michio Kojima from the days when they were starting to call themselves World Standard, and Yukihiro Takahashi, project of Nanako Sato. The aforementioned four tracks in particular are full of nostalgia and should be re-evaluated today.
