A project centered on three musicians named Imagination-Music. "Ogata Project" led by Yasuo Ogata, a keyboard player who has been close to Tatsuro Yamashita since the 1970s and has participated in Kumi Sasaki's masterpieces and is also a member of Axis、"Ogura Project" led by Yasuharu Ogura, a composer/keyboard player who is still on the front line of majors, participating in works such as Anri、"Hasegawa Project" led by Junya Hasegawa, a guitarist who has participated in the mysterious Nippon Kogakuin College's project NKS and has a release which re-rated AOR/fusion album of 1989. A compilation-like work in which these three groups recorded songs written on the theme of summer. Clear and transparent songs line up.
Imagination-Musicと名付けられた３人のミュージシャンを中心としたプロジェクト。70年代より山下達郎などと親交を持ち佐々木久美の名盤などにも参加、そしてAxisのメンバーでもあるキーボード奏者 緒方泰男率いる"Ogata Project"、杏里などの作品への参加、現在もメジャーの第一線で活躍する作曲家/キーボード奏者 小倉泰治率いる"Ogura Project"、89年リリースの再評価されているAOR/フュージョンアルバムのリリース歴や未だ謎に包まれているミステリアスな日本工学院専門学校のプロジェクトNKS等に参加してきたギタリスト長谷川純也率いる"Hasegawa Project" この3組が夏をテーマに書き上げた楽曲を収録したコンピレーション的作品。クリアで透明感のある曲が並びます。
