One of the best recordings of Ocora from Cameroon, a country of diverse ethnic groups and languages. First of all, A1 that the exchange of percussion instruments of the Beti people who live in the central part of the country, which makes you feel like you're going to be intoxicated is too amazing, in addition, A6, a contrast between the beautiful sound of like a stringed instrument by the Bamoun tribe and magico‐religious vocals, and B2 where the whistle, female cheers, and flute enter the rhythmic percussion sound of the Bamileke tribe, are also amazing. Totally impressive!
仏Ocoraの中でも屈指の作品とされるカメルーン現地録音盤。まずは中部に住むベティ族による陶酔していくような感覚に陥る壮絶乱舞の打楽器の応酬の模様を収録したA1が凄すぎます、他にもにバムン族による弦鳴楽器のような美しい音色と呪術的なヴォーカルのコントラストA6、バミレケ族によるリズミカルな打楽器の音色にホイッスル、女の歓声、笛が入ってくるB2など終始ぶったまげる曲だらけ。ジャケット含めヤバすぎます。
