1986 masterpiece reconstructs music created in the early '80s by Vangelis Katsoulis, the prolific Greek keyboardist who also actived as an engineer. Both sides feature extended arrangements that showcase his crossover sensibilities, intricately woven with his own electronic drums and Savina Yannatou's vocals. The final sections on both sides are especially essential listening. No matter when you hear it, the transparent soundscape is utterly mesmerizing.
エンジニアとしても数多くの作品を手掛けるギリシャの異能鍵盤奏者Vangelis Katsoulisが80年代前半に制作した楽曲をシンセサイザーで再構築した86年の名作。自身による電子ドラムやSavina Yannatouの歌声を交えながら迷宮的に組み立てられていくクロスオーヴァー感覚にも秀でた長編曲を両面で収録。両面のラストパートは特に必聴。いつ聞いても透明感のある音像にうっとりしてしまいます。久々の入荷です。
