Singer Uji Rashid, who has collaborated with partner Hail Amir and released amazing solo works in Malaysia, a multi-ethnic nation that has developed its own unique music scene. This early work also features many addictive groove tracks. Particular highlights include the seductive wired Malay tune "Kau Datang Lagi Dalam Fikiran Ku" with percussion and Moog sound, obscure disco funk "Katakan Lah" and Malay funk that traverses the Middle East and India "Antara Mata Mu Dan Mata Ku". The album also features a wide variety of tracks, from ballads to more relaxed tracks. Featuring contributions from legendary composers Ahmad Nawab and A.R. Ismail. The record and jacket are in excellent condition.
多民族国家を現すように音楽面でも独自の発展を遂げたマレーシアでパートナーHail Amirとの共作やソロ作品を残すシンガーUji Rashid。この初期作品でも中毒性あるグルーヴの楽曲を多数収録。とりわけパーカッションにムーグが飛び交う妖艶雰囲気なワイヤードマレー歌謡”Kau Datang Lagi Dalam Fikiran Ku”、オブスキュア調なディスコ・ファンク”Katakan Lah”、中東からインドを横断するようなマレー・ファンク”Antara Mata Mu Dan Mata Ku”はハイライト。他にもバラードや緩めの楽曲までバラエティに富んでいます。大作曲家Ahmad NawabやA.R. Ismailなどが参加。盤面/ジャケット良好。
