This 1972 album is the third release by Tom Zé, unique maestro and one of figure of Tropicalismo. While the early psychedelic feel has faded, it contains a collection of soft Brazilian pop songs infused with experimental spirit and ideas. Includes tracks such as "Dor E Dor" with brilliantly twisted vocal, psychedelic pop song "Senhor Cidadão" that features vocalist and sings about various phenomena, and "A Briga Do Edifício Itália Com O Hilton Hotel" with irresistible unique rhythm that makes you want to move. It’s easy to feel why this piece have become particularly popular. Also, be sure to pay attention to the lyrics, which address the social issues and military regime of the time and are highly recommended for translation. The jacket has some damage and taped, but disc is in very good condition. 1972 Original.
トロピカリズモ唯一無二の鬼才Tom Zéの三作目のアルバムに当たる72年作。初期のサイケ感は薄れたものの実験精神やアイデアを落とし込んだ柔らかなブラジリアン・ポップの数々を収録。ピリッとヒネリが効いたような歌いまわしが最高な”Dor E Dor”やヴォーカリストをフォーチャーして様々な色の事象について歌うサイケ・ポップ”Senhor Cidadão”、思わず身体が揺れる独特な間合いがたまらない”A Briga Do Edifício Itália Com O Hilton Hotel”など特に人気を得ているのも納得の楽曲群。そして翻訳推奨の当時の社会問題や軍事政権を取り上げた歌詞にも是非注目してほしいです。ジャケット少しダメージやシール貼り付けありますが盤面かなり良好な部類。72年のオリジナルです。
