The legendary avant-garde band The Plastic People, who have continued underground activities to this day despite repeated political persecution by authorities in communist Czechoslovakia since the late 1970s. Their second album released in 1980. Featuring a theme of Christ's Passion, this release coincides with their most turbulent period, over 10 members deliver 9 tracks of dark, raw yet musically compelling performances. Tracks B3/A4/A3 are particularly intriguing. The first original from Canada.
