Simon Fisher Turner, a talented artist who has released a vast body of work under various guises—including the duo Deux Filles, the alias Jeremy's Secret, and numerous solo projects, spanning his career to the present day. This album is the soundtrack to the 1986 film "Caravaggio", marking the beginning of his creative collaboration with film director Derek Jarman. Across sixteen tracks, Turner captures the light and shadow of a post-Renaissance painter through what can be described as sonic sketches.
