1990 final album is the final work by Shuki & Dorit, an Israeli and Lebanese folk-pop duo formed in the late 1970s and later married. After more than a decade together, the album showcases a refined sound that incorporates various elements, and B-side is particularly outstanding include ethno slow balearic track "כל-כך עדין" a blend of East and West with congas and lustrous vocals, and melancholic folk ballad "סרפד". A hidden gem from Israel, introduced by a local acquaintance.
70年代後半に結成され後には夫婦にもなるイスラエルとレバノンの男女フォークポップデュオShuki & Doritによるラストアルバムに当たる90年の作品。結成十年以上を経て様々な要素を飲み込みながら洗練を感じさせるサウンドを全編で収録していて、中でもコンガと艶やかなヴォーカルによる東西が入り混じるようなエスノ・スロウ・バレアリック”כל-כך עדין”やメロンコリックなフォーキー・バラッド”סרפד”を筆頭にしたB面が秀逸。現地の知人に紹介してもらった知られざる作品。イスラエル作品はどれも入手が難しいです。
