This album is the only release under the name Septet Matchi-oul, which evolved from a quartet he started with saxophonist Jef Sicard. The album features 7 tracks, including \"Parisonophobie\" which immediately draws you in from the first drum beat and launches into a breathtaking performance, and \"Amma\" unfolds with a tension-filled yet supple and beautiful development. The entire album is filled with passion and undeniable quality. Terrific.
