A self-released album recorded in 1985 by singer songwriter Sá Brito from Porto Alegre, which formed a unique music scene on the border between Argentina and Uruguay. As other Porto Alegre works, it features Kim Ribeiro, Gelson Oliveira, Annie Perec, Geraldo Flach, and many other local musicians. Total 10 tracks that are characteristic to this region, combining the depth of sound and unique rhythmic sensibilities of these performers. Among the best tracks are obscure feel title track "Ar De Afronta", "Sud America 85" which weaves his own berimbau and percussion, folky “Coisas De Água” with its droll, indigenous feel, and the saudade-tinged acoustic ballad “Mágico”. Great brazilian piece. that deserves more attention.
