Following the first installment, which featured arrangements by Eddie Munji III, one of the Philippines' leading arrangers, this is the second installment in the Pinoy Jazz series, released the same year, showcasing striking arrangements of folk and traditional songs. This album is arranged by Ryan Cayabyab, who has worked on numerous projects as an arranger and has also achieved international acclaim as a conductor. With numerous players, including Eddie Munji III, participating, it boasts 9 flawless tracks with orchestral-like arrangements and performances. Starting with the funky driving groove of "Sitsiritsit Alibangbang", in addition to the gradually building psychedelic electric funk “Singkil”, mellow electric funk “Telebong” featuring female scat vocals, and also features a solid selection of ballads and medium numbers. Highly recommend this second one too.
