1973 single by the Rail Band, one of the leading groups in Malian and Manding music, best known for having featured artists such as Salif Keita and Tidiani Koné. Side A features "Nanthan" a wonderfully elegant track with a rich full sound centered around balafon and organ, while Side B includes more laid-back lukewarm groove "Nabayé Tabayé". The exquisite sense of mixture that can be heard in other works is also present here. In extremely rare condition with almost no noise.
Salif KeitaやTidiani Konéが在籍していた事でも大いに知られるマリ音楽そしてマンディング音楽屈指のバンドRail Bandによる73年のシングル。A面ではバラフォンやオルガンを軸に厚みのある演奏も印象的な優雅な空気感が最高の”Nanthan”、B面にはよりゆるいぬるま湯グルーブで揺れる”Nabayé Tabayé”を収録。他作品でも聞ける絶妙なミクスチャー感覚はここでも健在。ほぼノイズ感じない貴重なコンディション。超稀少。
