8-inch EP by Pressure, featuring Yasuo Sugibayashi, who has been reevaluated for his solo work as well as under the name The Mask Of The Imperial Family, Bananarians, Qujila. Total four tracks seem to have been produced in Sugibayashi's early days, around 1981, and are an interesting mix of home-made textures and dub/funk/experimental ingredients. The scuzzy experimental dub of "What?" and the avant-funk of "Bad Time" are among the best. A mysterious feeling that becomes addictive the more you hear it. Amazing.

ソロ作並びThe Mask Of The Imperial Family,Bananarians,Qujila等の名義でも再評価著しい杉林恭雄を中心としたPressureの8インチEP。杉林の初期に制作された81年頃の作品のようで、ホームメイドな質感にダブ/ファンク/エクスペリメンタル成分が混じり合ったような面白い全4曲。中でもスカスカな実験ダブ”What?”、アヴァント・ファンク”悪い時間”は最高。聞けば聞くほどクセになるような不思議な感覚。すんばらしい。
