Keyboardist/composer Patrizio Fariselli, who drove the Italian jazz rock band Area with his technical prowess while also possessing a deep understanding and interest in jazz and contemporary music. This solo album, released in 1977 under the banner of his work with Area, came from the esteemed Cramps Records label. Under the concept of “piano torture” it features prepared piano performances, pieces with limited number of keys sounding, and experimental piano solos confronting silence, freaky tracks that extend Area's experimental spirit.
