1982's album by singer Ney Matogrosso from Bella Vista near the Paraguay-Brazil border. Great one where Brazilian rhythmic sense intersects with funky melody. The jacket is so famous that it tends to go through, but the content is really amazing. If you haven't heard, try it.
パラグアイとブラジル国境近くのベラ・ビスタ出身の歌手Ney Matogrossoの82年作。ファンキーなメロディー中心にブラジル独特のリズム感覚が交わる極上盤。ジャケットが有名すぎてスルーしがちですが、内容ホントに最高です。聞いたことない方は是非とも体験してみて下さい。
