M'Mah Sylla's 1983 solo album, a member of Les Amazones De Guinée, a group composed of female military personnel or national gendarmes from the Republic of Guinea. Maitre Mamadou Aliou Barry, who also directed the group, participates throughout on saxophone/flute. The minimal reverberations of the marimba intersect with the gentle sounds of soft vocals, flute, and saxophone, creating an enveloping African spiritual sound. Truly wonderful african piece.

女性の軍人もしくは国家憲兵隊で構成されているギニア共和国のグループLes Amazones De GuinéeのメンバーM'Mah Syllaの83年のソロ作。グループの監督も務めたMaitre Mamadou Aliou Barryがサックスフォン/フルートで全面参加。マリンバがミニマルに響き渡りながら柔らかな歌声、フルート、サックスが交差するジェントルな音が包み込むアフリカンスピリチュアルサウンドを全面で展開。本当に素晴らしい作品です。久々の入荷です。
