The album features four tracks with double bass, “Barr Exercises” with its hypnotic minimal percussion played at a leisurely, rhythmic pace,  faster-paced version of the aforementioned track “Advance Exercises” designed for advanced players, \"Modern Jazz Rhythms\" with a deliberate y unconventional beat, and “Samba” which delivers a dynamic yet refined samba rhythm.
