Mackey Feary, a singer from Hawaii known for Kalapana and Mackey Feary Band, released his only album in 1983 under the name of Nite Life after meeting Maurice Bega and Kenji Sano who were active in LA. It contains a wide range of tunes from AOR to free soul, especially recommend rhythmic free soul tune "Don't Change Your Mind Tonight", the mellow and romantic acoustic tune "Marci", and the mellow up tune "Love Is Blind". The following year there was a version with a different jacket, but this is the original.
KalapanaやMackey Feary Bandで知られるハワイ出身のシンガーMackey FearyがLAで活動していたMaurice BegaとKenji Sanoとの出会いからNite Life名義で発表した83年の唯一作。AORからフリー・ソウルまで幅広い楽曲を収録していて、特にリズミカルなフリー・ソウル”Don't Change Your Mind Tonight”、メロウでロマンティックなアコースティック・チューン”Marci”、メロウなアップ・チューン”Love Is Blind”などオススメです。翌年にはジャケット違いのヴァージョンもありますがこちらがオリジナルです。
