This album was released in 1957, shortly before his move to the United States. Perhaps influenced by Debussy's Bohemian, or perhaps reflecting the atmosphere of the time, it doesn't prominently feature Brazilian rhythms, instead consisting of relaxed, melody-centered guitar pieces. One of Bonfá's works we want to listen to now.
