César Franov, one of Argentina's leading bass players, participates in many Melopea works including solo work, his early master work with Quique Sinesi, famous bands such as Los Músicos Del Centro, Spinetta Jade, Madre Atomica, and Alejandro Franov, one of the most important figure in called neo folkrore scene, especially after the year 2000, has been playing with his brother César since 1980's. This album is a "best" of CD release by the Franov brothers, released by Melopea in 2007. It is a definitive compilation comprising 15 tracks selected from key albums such as ”Sonidos De Aquel Dia" (an early masterpiece created with Quique Sinesi), "Hermanos Franov" (a uniquely visionary work released under the brothers' own name), and "Electric Bass & Composición" (widely considered one of the standout titles from Melopea's cassette catalog). The collection is packed with excellent tracks, all of which have gained even greater recognition in recent years (and are now difficult to find).
Quique Sinesiとの初期作品からLos Músicos Del Centro, Spinetta Jade, Madre Atomicaといった名バンド、そしてソロ作含め数多くのMelopea作品に参加するアルゼンチンを代表するベース奏者のひとりCésar Franovと、その兄と共に80年から多くの作品に参加し、特に2000年以降の音響派と言われるシーンの重要人物として傑作をリリースし続ける弟のAlejandro FranovによるFranov兄弟。本作は2007年にMelopeaからりリースのFranov兄弟のベスト的内容CD。Quique Sinesiとの初期傑作”Sonidos De Aquel Dia”、Melopeaのカタログの中でもユニークかつ先見性のある兄弟名義作品、Melopeaカセットリリース作品でも指折りのひとつに挙げられる”Electric Bass & Composición”等から抜粋した全15曲を収録した最高のコンピレーション。どの作品も近年更に評価を上げている（そして現在入手困難）良曲揃いの内容。
