José Pedro Beledo, a Montevideo-born multi-instrumentalist, has attracted attention since his teens, collaborating with top musicians such as Opa, Pedro Aznar, and Ruben Rada, and has since achieved international success. This album is a collaborative work with narrator Fabian "Pato" Lopez, recorded in the United States around 1987-1988. It likely conceptual content, but remains a mystery. Featuring contributions from Popo Romano, Alex Fattoruso, and others, this album blends elements of latin, jazz, rock, and folk with instruments like the sitar to create a fusion of world music. It includes approximately 30 tracks of varying lengths, ranging from songs that showcase Beledo’s songwriting talent to more experimental pieces. This is a rather unusual style for an Ayui release, reminiscent of musicals or theatrical works. Released in 1991, towards the end of the record pressing era.
