This album, believed to be an early ’80s release, features Lita Bembo, one of the Congo’s leading vocalists and L’Orchestre Stukas, a Lingala band known for numerous masterpieces. True to form, the album delivers four tracks of exceptional quality. Side A features “Dina” an electronic rumba with heavy effects that draws you in with its minimal electric guitar, followed by “Ezida” which builds slowly before plunging into a funky and psychedelic groove. The record concludes with "Sono" which shifts from a relaxed, reggae-like vibe into high-speed funky soukous, and the standout track "Mobali Ya Bato"a wild, hypnotic number that goes all out, piling on the effects and driving relentlessly to the finish. Listening to this at high volume is sure to blow you away. In NM excellent condition.
コンゴを代表するヴォーカリストLita Bemboと多数の傑作を残すリンガラ・バンドL’Orchestre Stukasによる80年代初期の作品と思われる1枚。今作も裏切ることなく全4曲かなりいい出来栄え。まずミニマルなエレクトリック・ギターに誘われるようにエフェクトを効かした電子ルンバ”Dina”、続いてゆったりとビルドアップしていきながらファンキー＆サイケデリックに進行（突入）していく”Ezida”をA面。レゲエのようなリラックスモードから高速ファンキースークースへ展開する”Sono”、そして注目のエフェクトをビンビン飛ばしながら最後に畳みかけてヒプノティックに突き進んでいくとこまでいちゃってる”Mobali Ya Bato”をラストに収録。爆音で聴いたら相当やられそう笑 盤面非常に良好。
