Disc:VG+ (light surface noise at mainly silent part, totally good shape)
Jacket:VG+ (in shrink) w/hype sticker, insert (taped part)
12 inch single released in 1986 by Reona Hirota as singer, widely known as a unique actress. It's a French ethno-pop piece arranged by Makoto Yano (ex Moonriders, Makoto Highland Band) that seems to reflect her eccentric image. 4 tracks in total, from the ambience-feel and transparent "Flower" to the ethno-pop "Why The Twig Grew Wings", the highlight tune "Africa" which mixes ethnic sound from steelpan, kalimba and ennui/strange atmosphere, and the floating synth-pop "Before Dawn" composed by Masaya Matsuura. Every time, be surprised at the difference between the fresh image on the jackets and the musicality. It appears that there are no longer any plans to reissue it. Re-stock.
