1979 collaboration between German vibraphonist and composer Karl Berger, known as the founder of the legendary Creative Music Studio where renowned musicians such as John Cage, Lee Konitz, and Steve Lacy taught and formed large-scale orchestras with students and who also participated in many works himself, and Edward Blackwell, a free-jazz drummer known as one of the pioneers of the genre who combined African and bop influences while performing with Don Cherry and the Ornette Coleman Quartet. Karl Berger played the vibraphone, xylophone, and darbuka, while Edward Blackwell handled the full drum set and the Osi Drum. Blackwell provides a supportive foundation that closely follows Berger’s improvisations, the performance balances a sense of serious atmosphere with a playful touch amidst the minimalism aesthetic. Recommend to start from A1/A2/B1. In excellent condition with shrink wrap.
A1/A2/B1から聞いてみて下さい。
