American guitarist José Pedro Beledo, born in Montevideo, established himself as a guitarist at a young age, and already in the early 80's he worked with top musicians such as Opa, Pedro Aznar, Ruben Rada. This is his first album released in 1986, as an expression of his trust, members such as Popo Romano, Osvaldo Fattoruso, Miguel Romano participated. The husky voice and elegant performing form of the band give the entire album a jazz-rock sound that reminds Spinetta (and a little bit of his appearance). Among them, "Ya No Estarás" has a jazz-rock sound with technical rhythm work that will make your body sway, "Maytreya" has a smooth groove that is truly reminiscent of Spinetta, and floating, groovy jazz-rock of "La Función" are great. There is a small scratch on A1 that shows up on the sound, and B1 also has a little crackling impression. The price is lower because of the condition of the jacket too.
モンテビデオ生まれのアメリカ人ギタリストJosé Pedro Beledo。本作は若くして ギタリストとして地位を確立し、既に80年初めにはOpa、Pedro Aznar、Ruben Radaはじめトップミュージシャンとの共演を経てリリースされた86年のファーストアルバム。その信頼を表すようにPopo Romano,Osvaldo Fattoruso,Miguel Romanoなどのメンバーが参加。ハスキーな歌声、エレガントな演奏フォームからスピネッタ（少し容姿も）を想わせるようなジャズ・ロックサウンドを全編に披露。中でもテクニカルなリズムワークで体が揺れるジャズロックサウンドを聞かせる”Ya No Estarás”、滑らかなグルーヴで正にスピネッタを彷彿とさせる”Maytreya”、フローティングかつグルーヴィなジャズロック”La Función”は秀逸。正統派なジャズロックももちろん悪くないです。ウルグアイとアルゼンチンを結ぶようなサウンド。A1に小傷あり音に出ます、B1も少しチリパチする印象です。ジャケットの状態もあるのでお安くしてあります。
