The Synclavier is an electronic musical instrument that is said to be the origin of the digital audio workstation that integrates sound sources, samplers, sequencers, etc, and has fascinated many music people from famous artists to electronic musicians. This album contains four pieces written for the Synclavier in 1982 by Jon Appleton, who was deeply involved in the development of the Synclavier and also made a great contribution as a composer. The important point is that this is not just a performances, but a solid collection of tracks that combine the skills of the composer with his experience/qualities as a composer. The opening track, "The Sweet Dreams of Miss Pamela Beach" was recorded in the studio, and the remaining three songs are live recordings performed using small parts and accompaniment recorded on digital memory. Each piece is carefully crafted. A2 "Sashasonjon (In Memorium: Alexander Walden)" is especially amazing. The record has many quiet parts, so there are some parts that are a bit choppy, but generally in good condition, about VG+. Includes an insert. Released by the prestigious Folkways label.
特にA2”Sashasonjon (In Memorium: Alexander Walden)”が凄い。
