This was probably released in the '80s by American singer Jimmy Dee, who has been active in Guam for a long time and is known locally as an icon. It's amazing moody album with relaxin vibes such as track A3/A4/B1/B3 sung in a husky/dandy voice. He also apparently held dance shows for tourists, but here he showcases a quality Pacific sound. This is one of his most popular works.
