’91 album by Jesse Green, a Jamaican soul singer who was once a member of the reggae group The Pioneers and is known for his works such as "Nice And Slow," which was released worldwide in 1976. The release is almost like an independent production and its sounds freely crossing soul, ska, reggae, lovers rock,etc. Among them, mellow modern soul A2 "You Bring Out The Best In Me", B2 "Free The World" ,dub meets ska B1 "Time" and the lovers rock tune A4 "Baby Let Me Love You Tonight" are recommended. Quality!
古くはレゲエグループThe Pioneersのメンバーや76年の世界的リリースもされた”Nice And Slow”等の作品で知られるジャマイカ人ソウル・シンガーJesse Greenによる91年作。リリースはほとんど自主制作の様な形でソウル、スカ、レゲエ、ラヴァーズロックなどを自由に横断した今聞かれるべき音が詰まっています。中でもメロウ・モダン・ソウルA2"You Bring Out The Best In Me",B2”Free The World”の両曲、ダブmeetスカなB1”Time"、ラヴァーズ・ロック・チューンA4"Baby Let Me Love You Tonight"などオススメ。いい曲沢山入ってます。
