1980 album by Chinese singer Jennifer Yen, released in Malaysia. An album containing boogie/ballads sung in full English lyrics that are conscious of the West. In addition to the acid boogie "A World Without Love" and the ballad pop "This Night Wont Last Forever," the mellow ballad "Lead Me On" is a highlight. Produced by Malaysian Reggie Verghese, who is known for working on many works during this period. Not unique Asian groove, but it's a pretty good album.
中国人シンガーJennifer Yenによるマレーシアでリリースの80年作。欧米を意識したような全編英詞で歌われるブギー/バラードを収録したアルバム。アシッド・ブギー”A World Without Love”、バラードポップ”This Night Wont Last Forever”に加えてメロウ・バラード”Lead Me On”が聴きどころでしょうか。プロデュースはこの時代に多くの作品を手掛けた事で知られるマレーシア人Reggie Verghese。癖はないですが、いい塩梅のアルバムとなっています。
