An 1986 release by Ishinohana, featuring Luis Delgado, one of the founders of El Cometa De Madrid series and one of its important artists, Javier Bergia, known for his outstanding solo work and his role in Finis Africae, and Manuel Illán, a member of Esclarecidos, one of the bands that founded the main label Grabaciones Accidentales. This album, which kicked off the series and served as the inspiration for the group’s name, features nine tracks that begin with poetry by two Japanese women. A vast array of ethnic instruments, Spanish guitar, electric guitar, and synthesizers blend seamlessly to create a unified, harmonious work. Notable tracks include beautiful soundscape “Lucia” featuring smooth guitar playing and Eastern percussion, ecstatic borderless crossover “Estrellas” and title track “Ishinohana” played with a clear shimmering tone. The music possesses a depth that transcends simple labels like New Age or Balearic. Excellent original copy.
マドリッドの彗星シリーズの発起人でもあり最重要アーティストのひとりLuis Delgado、傑出したソロ作やFinis Africaeとしても活躍するJavier Bergia、メインレーベルGrabaciones Accidentalesを設立したバンドのひとつEsclarecidosのメンバーManuel IllánによるIshinohanaによる86年の作品。同シリーズの口火を切った一枚でグループの命名由来にも繋がる日本人女性2人によるポエトリーから始まる全9曲を収録。大量の民族楽器、スパニッシュギター、エレクトリックギター、シンセサイザーが融合し、ひとつの調和のとれた作品へと昇華させています。特筆すべき曲を挙げるなら滑らかなギタープレイと東洋系打楽器による美しいサウンドスケープを描く”Lucia”、恍惚とした無国籍クロスオーヴァー”Estrellas”、クリーンなトーンが揺らめくように奏でられる”Ishinohana”でしょうか。ニューエイジやバレアリックだけでは言い表せない深い音楽性。オリジナル美品。久々に入荷しました。
