Guitarist Hiroki Miyanowho grew up in Hokkaido and moving to Tokyo after releases on Johnny's Disk at the end of the 1970s with Eiji Nakayama and had released constantly for long time. He formed Acoustic Club in 1986, which won the Best New Age Album Award, and left behind a body of work based on acoustic sounds. This solo work was released in 1988. It also showcases comfortable contemporary jazz in the vein of new age music throughout. The sound is impressive for its sophistication while also showing some technical aspects. A1/A4 are particularly outstanding. A great piece of work that is not yet well known.
北海道にて育ち70年終わりにJohnny's Diskからのリリースで知られる中山英二と上京後、コンスタントにリリースを重ねたギタリスト宮野弘紀。86年に結成したAcoustic Clubではニューエイジアルバム最優秀賞を受賞するなど、アコースティックサウンドを中心と作品を残しています。本作は88年にリリースされたソロ作品。この作品でもニューエイジの流れを汲んだ心地よいコンテンポラリージャズを全編に披露。テクニカルな部分も見せながら洗練されたサウンドが印象的。特にA1/A4は出色。まだまだ知られていない素晴らしい作品です。
