The second monad "Kankou" music series by Haruomi Hosono. Works created from inspiration related to water and light, tracing the origins of mercury in Kii, Jyoshu, and Nagano, which have been centers of prosperity, mystery, and science since ancient times. The year before its release, he visited Native Americans and was in the midst of writing his book "Sightseeing" so it can be said that this work was influenced by spirituality both at Japan and abroad. Side A was recorded in Nagano and has a natural feel, Side B was recorded in Tokyo and has a sound that combines mechanical sounds and nature. The title is symbolized by Mercury, the spirit of mercury, and is named after the dynamic "dance" of water and light.
