Hans-Joachim Roedelius, a master of German electronics, left behind important works ranging from his activities with Kluster, Cluster, and Harmonia to collaborations with Eno and numeros solo works. This debut solo album features 6 tracks that intricately combine avant-garde, electronics, Krautrock, experimental, ethnic music, more. Highly recommend experiencing the strange epic track “Durch Die Wüste” which also serves as the album’s title and Roedelius-esque ethnic track “Regenmacher”. Masterpiece. There is scratche part (or similar marks) in the latter half of track B3 that doesn't significantly affect to sound (check full sample). Kluster, Cluster, Harmoniaへと連なる活動からEnoとの共作、ソロまで重要な作品を残したジャーマン・エレクトロニクス界の巨匠Hans-Joachim Roedelius。このソロ初作では前衛、エレクトロニクス、クラウトロック、エクスペリメンタル、民族音楽などを複雑に組み合わせた全6曲を収録。全曲間違いないですがタイトルにもなっている奇妙な大曲”Durch Die Wüste”や引き込まれていくような疑似密林を描いた”Regenmacher”は是非とも体験して頂きたいです。名作。B3後半にスクラッチ(のような跡)箇所ありますがほとんど支障なく聞けました（フルでサンプル録ってあります）。完璧な商品お求めの方はお気を付けください。
