Released in 1972 by Hampton Hawes, a jazz keyboard player/composer who is also known to have participated in the Nathan Davis group. It contains number of sophisticated and good tunes, including the electronic jazz tune A2 "Drums For Peace", the psychedelic arranged jazz funk A4 "Josie Black", and the elegant and funky Jazz funk B1 "Don't Pass Me By".
Nathan Davisのグループに参加していた事でも知られるジャズ鍵盤奏者/コンポーザーHampton Hawesの72年作。非常に洗練された良曲を数多く収録していて、電子音の効いたジャズ・チューンA2”Drums For Peace”、サイケデリックな質感のジャズ・ファンクA4”Josie Black”、エレガントかつファンキーなB1”Don't Pass Me By”など人気も頷ける内容となっています。
