Jun Fukamachi is a leading Japanese musician who was entrusted with one of the first three synthesizers ever imported into Japan. He made significant contributions to the development of the crossover and fusion scenes and has continued to pursue a diverse range of musical activities, including teaching and improvisation. This is 1980 solo multi-track recording, marking Alfe’s final release. Originally intended for release in Europe, it features a style with a distinct Eastern sensibility. Centered around the Arp 2600 and piano, it offers a unique listening experience that allows you to immerse yourself in Fukamachi’s cosmic sensibility. The track “insaight,” a mystical Eastern soundscape, is a particular highlight. Be sure to play it loud.
日本へ初めて輸入された３台のシンセサイザーのうち1台を託されたシンセサイザー奏者の第一人者にしてクロスオーヴァー～フュージョンに繋がるシーンの発展に大いに貢献、その後も教師、即興演奏など多様な音楽活動を続けてきた日本を代表する音楽家 深町純。本作はアルフェ期のラストアルバムに当たる80年の1人多重録音作品。元々ヨーロッパで発売される予定だったもので東洋的指向を意識した作風となっていてアープ2600とピアノをメインに制作された深町の宇宙感覚を体感できる異色作となっている。特に電子音宇宙"insaight”はハイライト。是非大音量で。
