Released in 1970, the second album by Egberto Gismonti, a treasure of Brazilian music. It's like an album that expresses Gismonti's scale, with a pop feel like the original jacket, and also the architectural beauty of orchestration. Roberto Menescal's production adds a touch of elegance. Words like splendor, grace and supple immediately come to mind, making this a timeless, wonderful work that impresses us once again. The 1980 Japanese release version, which is rarely seen.
ブラジル音楽界の至宝Egberto Gismontiのセカンドアルバムに当たる70年リリース作品。オリジナルのジャケットのようにポップさを持ち合わせながらもオーケストレーションによる構築美が併さったジスモンチのスケールを表現したようなアルバム。Roberto Menescalによるプロデュースも華を添えています。華麗、優美、しなやかのような言葉がすぐに思い浮かぶ時代を超越した素晴らしい作品だと改めて感心させられます。あまり見かけない80年日本リリース版。
