Multi-instrumentalist Doug Snyder, who was also a member of Sick Dick And The Volkswagens (1978 - 1983), who raced through the heyday of No Wave, returned to his hometown of Ohio and released this solo album. Total 8 tracks including the synthwave "After The Light Turns" with its precarious, exquisite beat, the dreamy pop "The Conversation" with its dreamy, pale synths interspersed with the drum machine, and drum session "The Inertia Of Youth" with his friend Bob Thompson. Great private piece.
No Wave全盛期を駆け抜けたSick Dick And The Volkswagens(1978 - 1983)の一員でもあったマルチ奏者Doug Snyderが地元オハイオに戻り制作したソロ名義作品。危なっかしい絶妙なビートのシンセウェーヴ”After The Light Turns”、ドラムマシーンに夢見心地の淡いシンセが差し込むドリーミーポップ調”The Conversation”、盟友Bob Thompsonとのドラムセッション”The Inertia Of Youth”を含む全8曲。う～ん最高っ！
