The second album from 1984 by Delay Tactics, led by Carl Weingarten, who is also a photographer and is still active today. The members of the band have changed since the first album, and the album explores a wider range of sounds including techno-pop/ ambient-type tunes that are closer to the world of Laraaji and Jon Hassell. Among them, A2 "Hands On Fire" where delay effects fly to subtle synth,B1 "Kites" a Minimal pop rhythm, various synths, tape looping sound effects that acts like a cosmic, B2 “Under The Ice” like a cross of synth pop/new age. It's a cutting-edge synth-pop sound with a mixture of various musical elements.
