Side B includes “1, 2, 1-2-3-4,” considered one of Gavin Bryars’s representative tracks. The ensemble is dreamy and unbalanced, created by listening to a slowing-down standard medley from a cassette tape player via headphones while playing together without hearing each other's playing. This is the only Japanese edition with a different cover, believed to date from around 1982.
