Taiwanese composer/pianist Chen Yu-Li, who has participated in many other works besides his early work in the 70s introduced at store, left this work in 1988 under his own name. It showcased a good balance of new age/ambient as well as modern classical and synth pop with big band's gorgeous sound. Particularly noteworthy are the mellow synth new age track "What Evening Is This?" and ambient classical track "Please Take You Away." It's a remarkable Taiwanese release that could also suitable for dancing side. Cassette version also available.
当店でも紹介した70年代の初期作以外にも数多くの作品に参加している台湾の作曲家/ピアニスト陳玉立が88年に残していたソロ名義作品。ビッグバンドと共に迫力あるサウンドで迫るニューエイジ/アンビエントからモダンクラシカル、シンセポップまでバランスよく収録しています。とりわけメロウに展開するシンセ・ニューエイジ”今夕是何夕”、アンビエント・クラシカル”請你帶走”は白眉。ダンスにも対応できそうな注目の台湾産の一枚です。カセット版も同時入荷。
