Filipino singer/actress Celeste Legaspi's 1977 album. She is one of the country's leading singers, leader of OPM (Original Pinoy Music), which refers to Philippine music locally. The album contains ballads and vocal songs with a sense of melancholy and melody that can be found in Japanese musicality. It's is bit hard to understand at first listen, but the goodness spreads gradually. Recommend to start listening from A1/B1/B3
フィリピンの歌手/女優 Celeste Legaspiの77年作。現地でフィリピン音楽を指すOPM(Original Pinoy Music)のリーダーを務めた同国を代表する歌手の1人。日本の音楽性にも通じるような哀愁やメロディを感じるバラードやヴォーカル曲を収録。一聴するとわかりずらいですが、じんわりと良さが広がっていくような楽曲群。A1/B1/B3から聞いてみて下さい。
