1989 release album by Hong Kong singer Cally Kwong, who released a number of releases in the 80's and 90's. Produced by Patrick Yeung, who was active throughout Asia, and featured an international lineup including Tom Brown and Martin Yu, who were also active in the Hong Kong scene. "Fever", which is like an experimental trip-hop cover of Otis Blackwell's soul classic, "無話都是醉" by Kuranosuke Hamaguchi's bossa-style canto pop, and great canto ballad "心中有愛", are amazing amongst the best. The album is varied that it's almost as if Mariah's Sasaji Masanori is arranging the music. Total quality piece.

80年から90年にかけてリリースを重ねた香港人シンガー鄺美雲の89年作。プロデュースをアジアを股に掛けて活躍したPatrick Yeungが手掛け、他にも香港シーンで活動したTom BrownやMartin Yuなど国際的な顔ぶれ。とりわけOtis Blackwell作のソウル古典をエクスペリメンタル・トリップホップ風にカバーしたような”Fever”、浜口庫之助作のボッサ風カントポップ”無話都是醉”、極上のカントバラッド”心中有愛”は中でも出色。マライヤ笹路正徳プロデュース作品にも少し似てますね。全編バラエティ豊かないい内容です。
