Bron Area, a new wave band formed in Nuniton, England, later becoming three pieces with the addition of a guitarist. This album is their second release from 1983, issued by a new label after their initial cassette releases and singles. It maintains their previous gloomy impression while unfolding a restrained yet hopeful sound throughout. As seen in tracks like “Elegy To Innocence” and “In Victory,” it also approaches Balearic and ambient type sound. This appears to have been their final release before the band disbanded. Complete with photo insert and original inner sleeve.
イギリス・ヌニートンにて結成されギタリストを加えた三人編成となったニューウェーヴバンドBron Area。本作は初期カセットリリースやシングルを経て新たに契約したレーベルより発表された83年のセカンドアルバム。これまでの陰鬱な印象を残し控えめながらも希望を照らすかのようなサウンドを全編で展開。”Elegy To Innocence”や”In Victory”の楽曲にも見るようにバレアリックやアンビエントにも接近しています。これを最後にバンドは解散してしまうようです。フォトインサート、オリジナルインナー付きの完品。
